Agreement

By making a gift or pledge, you (or your parent/legal guardian if you are under 18) agree to these terms with Hobbies for Hope / 305 Enterprises, LLC and the nonprofit receiving support through the event.

Key terms

• Gifts and pledges support the hosting nonprofit’s fundraising campaign through the Hobbies for Hope platform.
• Flat gifts are charged when you complete checkout. Per-foot pledges create a payment obligation after the player’s final score is recorded.
• Platform fees and payment-processor fees may apply as disclosed at checkout.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve this gift or pledge and the related payment obligation.
• Refund requests are handled by the host nonprofit and platform policies; fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reversed.

Payment authorization

You authorize payment according to the gift type you select. Flat gifts are charged at checkout. Per-foot pledges authorize collection after the player’s official Long Ball score is finalized, based on the rate you commit.

Minors (under 18)

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the gift or pledge and any related payment obligation before submission.

Platform role

Hobbies for Hope provides technology that helps nonprofits run fundraising events. Campaign beneficiaries and tax treatment are determined by the host nonprofit. Platform and processor fees may apply as shown at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hobbies for Hope / 305 Enterprises, LLC and host nonprofits are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from gifts or pledges. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
