Agreement

By registering as a participant, you (or your parent/legal guardian if you are under 18) agree to these terms with Hobbies for Hope / 305 Enterprises, LLC and the nonprofit hosting the event.

Key terms

• Participation is voluntary and may involve physical activity with inherent risk of injury.
• You grant Hobbies for Hope and the hosting nonprofit permission to use your name, likeness, and event results for event operations, leaderboards, and fundraising communications.
• You agree to follow event rules and respect other participants, volunteers, and organizers.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and reply APPROVED by text message before registration is finalized.
• Hobbies for Hope (operated by 305 Enterprises, LLC) and host nonprofits are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or disputes beyond what applicable law requires.

Assumption of risk

Athletic and recreational activities involve risk of injury. You acknowledge those risks and agree to participate voluntarily. Seek medical advice as needed before competing.

Minors (under 18)

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms via text message and reply APPROVED. Registration remains Pending until that approval reply is received.

Publicity & data use

Event operations may display names, scores, fundraising totals, and related event information on leaderboards, pledge pages, and stream overlays. Contact information is used for event administration and support.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hobbies for Hope / 305 Enterprises, LLC and host nonprofits are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
